GIVING TUESDAY***December 3, 2024

This year for #GivingTuesday we are focusing on the new complex, Second Creek Studios.  We have TWO ways our donors and partners can make an impact!!  

1.We are raising money with a goal of $10,000 to offset utility costs for the property.  These units are provided affordably with everything include.  The more we can raise to offset these costs, the more sustainable our model is.

2.We are working towards 100 monthly donor commitments with a $50/mo donation from each donor!  We have an opportunity to provide Resident Benefit Packages to our tenants.  This benefit provides the following for each tenant:

• Renters Insurance
• Positive Credit Reporting 
• Pest Control Service inside their unit at no cost
• Cash Back Rewards on rent paid
• Cash towards down payment assistance for buying a home
• And More!
