ORIGIN
FIG Solutions was birthed in 2020 in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Cofounders Clay & Katie Linkous’ personal and professional experiences in real estate, property management, mental health, health care and faith based organizations highlighted for them the growing need for safe and affordable housing in the East Tennessee region. Clay & Katie created FIG Solutions as a way to creatively provide additional access to safe and affordable housing to those in need.
Our mission is effective because of our collaborative partnerships with other local individuals, agencies, organizations who are working to also address challenges related to housing.

- Compassion: We take action to alleviate the suffering caused by homelessness or a lack of stable housing.
- Accountability: We take ownership of housing needs we become aware of and assume it is our responsibility to address them. We believe that housing needs are best addressed when recipients of housing support also have personal accountability to ensure long term sustainability.
- Generosity: We look for opportunities to bless individuals and organizations by giving more than what is expected or considered typical.
- Collaboration: We intentionally seek out partnerships with other organizations where we can help strengthen the work they are already doing to address housing needs.
